Frequently asked questions
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. Plan upgrades (e.g. from Pro to Business) apply immediately and the difference is prorated. If you downgrade or cancel, you keep the benefits of your current plan until the end of the billing cycle already paid, and the change takes effect afterwards at no extra cost.
What happens if I exceed the voter limit?
We'll notify you when you're close to the limit. You can upgrade your subscription to a higher plan or buy a one-off pay-per-event if it's exceptional.
